My paid account isn’t showing as such
In case you have upgraded to a paid subscription from your free trial (or lapsed subscription), but your account is still not giving you access to the paid Brixx features, you may be experiencing a browser caching issue.
Please try the following steps:
- Log out and log back into Brixx - This will send new data and should fix the issue.
- Clear browser cache - If step number 1 doesn’t work, try clearing your browser’s cache, closing the browser, and reopening it.
- Contact support - If steps 1 and 2 don’t work, please contact our support by sending an email to support@brixx.com
