If you’ve recently downgraded your Brixx subscription, your trial ended, or your Brixx subscription lapsed, you might notice that some of your plans are now locked.

 

What are locked plans?

A locked plan means you can see the plan is there, but you won’t be able to open it until you upgrade your subscription again.

 

Why do plans get locked?

Every Brixx subscription has a limit on the number of plans you can have.
When your subscription reduces — for example:

  • You downgrade to a smaller plan

  • Your free trial ends

  • You cancel a paid plan

Brixx automatically keeps your most recent plans unlocked (the ones you worked on last) and locks the rest (to keep the number of unlocked plans within your new plan limit).

 

Can I choose which plans are locked?

No — we’re not able to manually change which plans are locked and which aren’t.
Brixx automatically unlocks the most recently edited plans and locks the older ones.

 

How can I unlock my locked plans?

You have a couple of easy options:

  • Upgrade your subscription to a plan count which allows for all your plans
  • Delete some of the unlocked plans
